A faux magazine article about Celebration, the planned community created in 1994 with investment from the Disney corporation.
The main text is a seven-page list of rules that each Celebration resident must sign, including restrictions on home decorations, lawn care, and trash storage. Brochure-style photography is played against this text, as are found quotations (almost always positive) from residents.
