For this project on the theme of “the real”, I created a faux magazine article about Celebration, the planned community created in 1994 with investment from the Disney corporation.

The main text is a seven-page list of rules that each Celebration resident must agree to, including restrictions on home decorations, lawn care, and types of flags flown from porches. Found photographs of the streets and architecture create a tour from the residential streets to the downtown. Also included are quotations (almost always positive) from residents.
